Joint Formula Powder is comprised of SierraSil®, a unique, fast-acting, and powerful mineral complex that promotes joint mobility, flexibility and active lifestyles.

SierraSil is a naturally-occurring mineral complex comprised of many trace minerals some of which include: calcium, magnesium, iron, manganese, copper, zinc, selenium, chromium, molybdenum and phosphorous. Some of the minerals in SierraSil are set in a clay foundation and are unabsorbable by the body. As they pass through the system they attract toxins, heavy metals, viruses and bacteria which are soaked up in the porous surface and eliminated from the body. SierraSil has been shown to have a chelating effect.

SierraSil® Dosage Guidelines
For best results take the SierraSil® capsules or powder with only water, together (at one time) and away from food. Food or other beverages such as coffee, tea, juice or milk should be taken at least 30 minutes before, or 2 hours after SierraSil®. Medications and other supplements should be taken at a different time of the day, 3 - 4 hours before or after SierraSil®. SierraSil® has detoxifying properties due to its rich clay mineral composition therefore it is strongly recommended to increase your intake of water to a minimum of 8 glasses per day. Increased water intake assists the body in flushing out toxins and heavy metals that are eliminated out of the body when using SierraSil®. The serving size is based on a body weight of 70 kg (154 lbs). Please refer to the chart below to find your weight and the corresponding number of capsules to take.

* Special conditions: A loading dose can be taken for first time users and those who have been suffering for decades. A loading dose is double the recommended daily serving size and can be taken for the first month. Athletes and active adults participating in high intensity exercise can take SierraSil® 1 to 3 hours before the activity to aid endurance and recovery while reducing post exercise stiffness.

SierraSil® Smoothie Recipe:
Blend SierraSil Joint Formula Powder with an acidic juice concentrate (orange, cranberry or lemonade) and ice.

SierraSil® Shooter Recipe:
Place SierraSil® Joint Formula Powder in a small jar and agitate with a little water. Quickly swallow the entire contents, then repeat with a second wash of water.

SierraSil® Topical Spray:
The topical spray works quickly to relieve minor aches and pains. Apply topically to the affected area. Avoid use with sunscreen.

SierraSil® Topical Spray Spa:
Spray a couple pumps into the hot water as your bath fills.
